Wedding and Specialty Cakes
Executive Catering and the Wedding Connection has been creating Wedding Cakes since 1972, and has earned a strong reputation for a moist and flavorful cake. Choose from our extensive selection of designs, or custom design the cake of your dreams!
Wedding cakes are priced per serving. Our traditional white wedding cake with buttercream icing starts at $2.50 per serving, depending upon the complexity of the design. Cakes can be designed to serve any number of guests.
Several cake flavors are available, including chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, carrot, spice, lemon, lemon poppy seed,
almond poppy seed, orange, coconut, yellow and red velvet. Cake flavors, other than traditional white,
are an additional $10.00 per tier. Flavored fillings, such as raspberry, lemon, mocha, Grand Marnier, almond,
blueberry, peach and Bavarian cream, are an additional $15.00 per tier.
Cake Service
Our wedding cake service is something quite special. It starts with a skirted table, silver candelabra, silver champagne bucket, toasting flutes, dessert plates, forks, and napkins. We also include a bottle of champagne to toast your new life together. A uniformed attendant will set up, cut the cake, serve your guests, and clean up. Your remaining wedding cake will be boxed for your convenience. Cake service is an additional $1.50 per serving. An equipment deposit may be required. We do not offer cake service unless you order both your food and cake from Executive Catering.
Security Deposit and Delivery
If you order only cake from Executive Catering, there is a separate delivery charge, depending on the location of the delivery and the complexity of the set up. A security deposit is required on the cake stands, plates, plastic supports, fountains, etc. that are used to support the cake. The deposit is refunded if the equipment is returned in good condition and in a timely manner.
